Explore Your Potential

I would like to invite you to a special opportunity to explore your personal potential with me through one on one coaching.

You deserve to reach your full potential in your life, and the world needs what you have to contribute. I have provided advice to colleagues and co-workers for decades. Friends and colleagues seek me out and ask my advice often. I have shepherded many people through career transitions and other personal and life transitions. If you have been largely successful in your career life, but you know there is something more you are meant to do, let’s talk! Paying attention to that intuition will be the key to achieving your dream.

You may need to play around with your creativity to help you know what is the next step for you. We cannot always arrive at our dreams through a logical means.

I have found that listening and asking key important questions is a valuable part of our professional development. As an operational manager for an international division, I often do this for my employees. As a colleague to many scientists and engineers (particularly women, who are often in the minority in our departments or companies), I enjoy helping new leaders learn how to influence across large organizations.

I focus on early or mid-career women (age 35-42) who may be ready for their next big move. I offer 1:1 consulting, usually for a period of 4-6 months and typically with a frequency every week or twice per month. Calls are 55 minutes in length and we will establish goals and appropriate rhythm for our work in our first session. There is obligation to purchase more than one session at a time.

If you live in Minnesota, we can schedule in person meetings, typically on evenings or weekends. If you like early mornings, I’m your chica!

I draw on the work of Dr. Martha Beck, Elizabeth Gilbert, Dr. Brené Brown, Brooke Castillo, Geneen Roth, Byron Katie, and many others. I have completed a coaching certification course on Udemy, but the experience I have far outweighs the course work.

I have a degree in psycho-biology from Swarthmore College and a Master of Liberal Studies focusing on leadership and organizational development. I am not a physician. If you have mental health issues, I highly recommend an MSW or licensed practitioner, but that does not mean you cannot also benefit from coaching in parallel. I have experience with depression and anxiety (my blog puts it all out there), so I can relate.

For more information and to schedule a free 30-minute call with me to see if we click and I can be of service to you, please email me at cristy@meximinnesotana.com in order to schedule with me. Please allow 48 hours for a response since I travel frequently for work and I am a one-person shop in this part of my work life.

Cheers & happy transitions!
