Since my last post on loneliness, I decided to take a small action in breaking out of my “home comfort zone”. As it sounds, I spend a lot of time at home working and living without a lot of face time with other folks. Like many people, making the effort to get out there and […]

Friends, I hope you enjoy this post from blogger friend Dwight. It is harder to make friends sometimes as we get older. But so very necessary for a good and well-balanced life. I appreciate Dwight’s vulnerability and bravery here.

Cheers & happy weekend.

This is a re-blog from one of my favorite WordPress authors, because I think Dr. Perry always has some insightful topics. I hope he does not mind the blog share. I am writing a little less often these days, but want to spread the word on some blogs I really enjoy this holiday season to share goodness and spread love.

Cheers & have a great last week before Christmas!

A few of my favorite things

Spending Saturday night at the vet and Sunday day on activities around the house, I opted to take a day off writing. But then I caught up on a few of my favorite blogs and their beautiful messages were such a joy to me.

blog love

If you are not on the short list below, I will get to you eventually if I am a regular reader… it is just that these particular posts really made me smile this week. 😉

Haiku out of Africa is always beautiful:

Lorraine of Minimal Lol has some great insights on minimalism and consumerism:
