We get to discuss “Making a Change for Good” today! It’s been one of my favorite so far. The Yamas and Niyamas book has also been profound for me – the weekly reflections practice and discussions with my fellow classmates have really been amazing. So far, Ahimsa (non-violence) and Satya (truthfulness) have been some transformative reflections.
Few things more admirable than a dedicated teacher.
